After Miley Cyrus denied getting a vulgar tattoo on her backside tonight on Twitter, Hollywood basket case Amanda Bynes felt compelled to get in on the trending action. She smack-talked (or would that be twack-talked?) Cyrus’s looks and got more attention for herself.
