They really don’t. Democrat Rep. Gwen Moore upped the disgusting factor with her sickening remarks saying that Scott Walker is “tightening the noose, literally, around African-Americans.”

Yep. And that’s an understatement. Can the shameless be shamed? If so, this advice to Rep. Moore should do the trick:
