As Twitchy reported, Paul Begala added his scent to the Democrat desperation reek on Ebola. He pushed the absurd lie first offered by the NIH director that there would already be an Ebola vaccine if not for the GOP and “budget cuts.” He was swiftly schooled, but hasn’t learned his lesson, apparently. So, when all else fails? Blame Bush!

Bush spent the equivalent of the entire NIH budget every month in Iraq while NIH budget flat-lined. Iraq was no threat. Ebola is. Cancer is.
