US Sen. Dick Lugar (Ind.) on Face the Nation. Talking man who beat him: Richard Mourdock. Also talking Mourdock's view of compromise.

Senator Lugar, recently defeated by Richard Mourdock in a blow-out, appeared on Face the Nation this morning. He pouted and stomped his entitlement-laden feet. Host Schieffer, of course, lauded him.
Now Schieffer is honoring Dick Lugar. Yeah okay where's my remote

It’s so heartwarming to watch Bob Schieffer and Dick Lugar reminiscing about the good old days… What complete idiots…

Lugar praised the President and further exposed his sore loser and absurd entrenched-in-the-beltway colors by saying he wouldn’t actively campaign for Mourdock.

Gee, wonder why he lost? Also, those aren’t mutually exclusive, Dick. Unless you, like the President, believe that people in small towns are bitter? They can value individualism while also valuing their communities. They just aren’t, you know, collectivists.

Twitter users let him know just how they feel; they have no patience for the temper tantrum of a cry-baby.

Alan Simpson & Dick Lugar ought to unite to form "The Moderate Loser Force" to solve mysteries with a talking dog. @glenasbury @NoelSheppard
