Some of those names are Spencer Pratt, Kari Lake, and Scott Jennings. Any of those options would be epic in very different ways.
WASHINGTON — White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt’s Wednesday announcement that she’s leaving her role stunned many insiders — who immediately began buzzing about who might replace her behind the briefing room lectern.
Journalists and officials widely regarded Leavitt, 28, as an effective spokesperson for President Trump, whose policies she championed with crisp delivery and conviction. She used her most visible forum to frequently dispense news items in a welcomed change of pace from her Biden-era predecessor.
The New Hampshire native seemed so stable in the role that many thought she could serve throughout Trump’s second term — heightening intrigue into the selection of the US government’s next top spokesperson when Leavitt departs at the end of August.
A White House source told The Post that Trump has not yet decided on a replacement.
Nightmare blunt rotation. https://t.co/gFPV0yV23d

Let’s do it reality show style and see who can debase themselves the most fully https://t.co/vpo53NoFqc

If the goal is to debase themselves publicly, both Sarah and Tim of The Bulwark would be strong contenders. Plus, Tim has a great pair of pearls, already.
They'd be beyond lucky to have Jennings, he's very smart and knows how traditional Washington and MAGA world work, and he is an outstanding communicator. Though I'd be stunned if Scott would do it.

Spencer Pratt would be fun. I have no beef with him, but this is not exactly his… https://t.co/XU7qDwjx4S
The Never Trump faction also weighed in. Goldberg has his eye on Kari Lake as the ultimate winner.
PLEASE LET IT BE PRATT OMG https://t.co/rlDM6LE2fT

One thing people haven't pointed out much since Woke 1 is dead: Trump has gotten more identity-based in his cabinet appointments over time. They are at this point all white men. Except for the white women running Agriculture/Press/Education, and the one Black man who runs HUD. https://t.co/4nGaFFGRQv

Democrats are so weird. Marco Rubio is latino and he is the Secretary of State.
If it is Kari Lake I could bring back my Kari Lake impression for my podcast.

“I’m Kari Lake and you’re fake news and you’re a liar”
She so pleasant. 🤦🏼♀️ https://t.co/c5zptRTZJK
Kari Lake really gets under the skin of the Left. Heh.
Scott Jennings is awesome but shouldn’t take the pay cut (and has more juice with TV/radio), Spencer Pratt is a policy novice, and Kari Lake is a loser…

Next, please. https://t.co/LpQ3kcP46x
Scott Jennings would be good in that position. He is quick and responds in a professional manner. He is used to dealing with half brained questions and comments.

She would be great! The Corporate Press would not know what hit them.
