As a native Floridian, I have a special place in my heart for the Cuban people. I grew up around many children of Cuban refugees, many who became my best friends. Probably the great love of my life, the one who got away, was Cuban. I have found them to be gracious, hardworking people, and the food is obviously, delicious. I hope in my lifetime to see freedom for Cuba and the ability for the country to thrive again.
This tweet caught my attention today. Obviously, I am partial to Marco Cubio as he is Cuban and has advocated on behalf of the people his entire career. If it can't be that, it obviously needs to be Extra Florida because that's the closest state and the place where many Cubans escape.
