'Sec Def too?!!': Has anyone in Obama's cabinet used an official email address?

Flashback to November 2014. Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel apparently didn’t use an official email account at the Department of Defense.

Response from DOD to my #FOIA for Hagel's emails: Request closed "as we were advised SecDef does not maintain an official e-mail account."

Maybe it’s standard procedure for Secretary of Defense, but it seems weird given all the strange email shenanigans this administration engages in.
