We already knew Tennessee Dem Steve Cohen was a phenomenal creep. But on Monday, he cemented his place in hell when he tweeted about the deadly Washington Navy Yard shooting. Just hours after the massacre, Cohen shared a Bill Day cartoon featuring an NRA-stamped gun.
