So many scandals, so little lapdog media time.
What story dominated as the morning news programs kicked off? Hint: It wasn’t Benghazi, IRS harassment of conservatives or the DOJ spying on the Associated Press. And of course it wasn’t the verdict in the trial of baby butcher Kermit Gosnell.

Jolie says she carries a mutated BRCA1 gene and her doctors estimated her risk of developing breast cancer was 87 percent. The actress’ A-list status makes the story of her preventive double mastectomy newsworthy and many appreciate Jolie’s candor.
