Like Gov. Rick Perry and anyone with even a smidgen of decency, Sen. Ted Cruz was appalled by the Sacramento Bee’s tasteless political cartoon about the West, Texas, fertilizer plant explosion.
Liberal leanings of @Sacbee_news shouldn't trump respect and decency for the lives lost in West.

Liberal leanings shouldn’t trump decency. But try telling that to the poor, beleaguered victims at the Sacramento Bee — you know, the ones who danced on the backs of the 14 people killed by the explosion to take a swipe at Perry over government regulations.

And don’t bother talking about decency and respect to Dallas Morning News political writer Wayne Slater. He doesn’t care that the Bee offended the grieving citizens of West to take a jab at the governor.
@tedcruz @sacbee_news Shouldn't Cruz, Perry, etal focus on fixing lax regulation re West explosion, not a cartoon exposing lax regulation?
