'Keep the faith': Waco PD finds 'special message' in photo of West, Texas, wreckage

The fertilizer plant explosion has devastated the town of West, Texas, but Waco Police Department Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton found a message of hope atop the rubble. On Friday, the Waco Police Department posted this image on its Facebook page.
