A missing firefighter who was on the scene when the West, Texas, fertilizer plant exploded has been located, according to Waco police Sgt. Patrick Swanton. The firefighter, who also serves as a law enforcement officer, is being treated at the hospital. The full extent of his injuries is unknown.
Police say three to four firefighters are still missing.
