Vatican Radio: Pope Benedict XVI to quit Twitter when he leaves office

When Pope Benedict XVI leaves office next week, he will also resign from Twitter. The pope sent his first @Pontifex tweet in December and the account has gained more than 1.5 million followers. Hundreds of thousands of people follow his non-English accounts.
