Prosecutors in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York say former Trump attorney Michael Cohen is deserving of substantial prison time, despite his cooperation and assistance with Robert Mueller’s investigation.

At direction of a Trump Org exec, per SDNY, "Cohen sent monthly invoices to the Company for these $35,000 payments, falsely indicating that the invoices were being sent pursuant to a 'retainer agreement.' The Company then falsely accounted for these payments as 'legal expenses.'"

Bottom line: Not a good report if you’re Michael Cohen.

They ask the judge to imprison him for about 4 years.
