Bob Schieffer, host of CBS’ “Face the Nation,” ripped New York mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner on today’s program.

Bob Schieffer on Wiener: He's a modern day flasher who has traded the traditional trenchcoat for a digital camera.

Man, did @bobschieffer just pound #Weiner.

@bobschieffer Bob, thank you for articulating why Mr. Weiner should drop out of the public & private view. A flasher pretty much sums it up

In a @facethenation commentary, Bob Schieffer just called Anthony Weiner a 'new age flasher'. Best term I've read yet for his sick behavior.

@FaceTheNation @bobschieffer very fitting quote. weiner's issues are so heavy, they've made him into a public social vampire.

— La Monica (@lamonbrooks) July 28, 2013

@FaceTheNation @CBSNews @bobschieffer Yea, he's a "flasher" AKA Pervert, but Dems have been getting away w/that for decades!

— Andrea (@Conservativeis1) July 28, 2013

Schieffer even used one of his patented sour facial expressions.

To be fair, thats how Bob always looks. MT @ezradulis: Bob Schieffer reacts to Anthony Weiner: http://t.co/wF8IrUbaAR http://t.co/ysaPuZGtLv
