Ben Shapiro provided his analysis of the alleged sexual assault that Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser detailed to the Washington Post.
He says while the account itself seems credible, it is difficult to draw too many conclusions from allegations that are 35-years-old with little corroborating evidence.
This woman’s account seems credible on its face – but it’s also 35 years ago, there are no corroborating witnesses or similar incidents, and Kavanaugh and Judge have unequivocally denied. So I’m going to wait for more evidence.

Perhaps most curious of all is the timing of Dianne Feinstein in bringing these allegations forward.
Feinstein’s timing also adds additional suspicion. Why not hand this info over sooner? Why did the FBI decline to investigate?

Since Feinstein possessed the allegations eight weeks ago, it does reek of political motivation that she would hold them until the eleventh hour.
