Answer: Not long.
Never ones to let a serious crisis go to waste, lefties continue to try use Hurricane Isaac as some sort of club against Republicans. Now that Isaac is no longer headed towards Tampa (there goes the theory of divine retribution!), a new hurricane meme needed to be found. U.C. Berkeley professor and former Secretary of Labor under President Bill Clinton, Robert Reich, takes a stab at it and tries to tie Isaac to … George Bush? Really?
Isaac will remind us of Katrina, and Katrina will remind us of George W. Bush, who the GOP doesn't want anyone to remember.

@RBReich I'm sorry but that tragedy doesn't remind anyone except radical lefties of Bush. Only radical dems would try to score pts on it

In the meantime, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal is forgoing the convention to get ready for Isaac to hit New Orleans. But of course, he’s still waiting on FEMA to approve his Declaration of Emergency. Blame Bush!
RT“@ellencarmichael:I'm in disbelief. Jindal announced that FEMA has yet to approve of his Declaration of Emergency." #Isaac”.Blame Bush!
