Meet Justin Wayne, a Democratic state senator in Nebraska who just told his colleagues that he’d vote against a school choice bill making its way through the legislature if they’d agree to send their kids to one of the poorly-performing public schools in the state so that they, as parents, can be part of the change they keep promising in schools that never seems to happen.
What a powerful statement:

This is so, so good:
"The only people who are opposing school choice today are the same people who have choice.
And many of them exercise that choice."pic.twitter.com/JzvS7iW6FE

We’ll guess right now that not a single one of his colleagues will take him up on it:
"Here's my offer: I will vote to kill this bill if you send your kids to one of the schools in my district that we're waiting to turn around.
Don't make a choice that you won't allow anybody else to make just based off of income."pic.twitter.com/JzvS7iW6FE

Funny how Dems keep doing this:
