As part of a promotion tour for his new book, legendary radio shock jock Howard Stern told Anderson Cooper that he has “inside information” and he has “no doubt” that Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign was a “publicity stunt” in order to get NBC to pay him more money for another season of “The Apprentice.”
Howard Stern said Trump’s campaign was a “publicity stunt” so NBC would give him a raise for “The Apprentice.” Stern said Trump first started a rumor he would run to promote “The Art of the Deal” in 1987. https://t.co/bhtRlpZCze

Trump was on Stern’s show multiple times, so it’s feasible he knows some “inside information,” but if so, why did he sit on it until now?
