Despite sending his alleged victim to the hospital, actor Alec Baldwin has already been released from the 6th precinct where he was charged with misdemeanor assault and harassment and issued a desk appearance ticket:

When you’re a celebrity, they let you send someone to the hospital and not go through the system:
