Apparently Nancy Pelosi and Donald Trump Jr. are on the same plane right now to Phoenix. Guess who's in first class...

Arthur Schwartz reports that he’s on* via a source who’s on the same plane to Phoenix as Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Donald Trump Jr., yet only one of them is in first class. Guess who:

A real woman-of-the people, she is.

Donald Trump Jr. and Kim Guilfoyle are reportedly in town to campaign for Rep. Martha McSally:

We haven’t seen any press reporting on why Pelosi is in town, but the last time she showed up in Arizona it didn’t go well:

During that August visit, Rep. McSally Senate race opponent, Rep. Kyrsten Sinema avoided Pelosi and it wasn’t an accident:

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., swung through Phoenix on Tuesday, but not every Arizona Democrat was eager to stand with one their party’s most polarizing figures.

Most notably, U.S. Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, who is seeking the Democratic nomination for the open Senate seat, was elsewhere. During a meeting after the event with the editorial board of The Arizona Republic, Sinema made clear that wasn’t an accident.

So, why’s Pelosi in Arizona now? Does she really think she’s helping?

Stay tuned.

* Editor’s note: We’ve updated the post to clarify that Schwartz wasn’t on the plane.
