It sounds like Michael Cohen is trolling for a pardon from an eventual Dem president after 2020:

These were Cohen's first on-cam comments in a very long time. Seems clear that he has this message about Trump, and is eager to be heard.

Cohen’s comments come amid reports that he’s met with both state and federal prosecutors investigating the president, the Trump Organization and family members:

Cohen would not answer question about his recent meeting with investigators.

And Cohen’s attorney, Lanny Davis, is telling everyone that the Trump should be worried:
