Ben Shapiro: Firing James Gunn 'for vile old joke tweets is bad precedent and a mistake'

Now that James Gunn has been fired over his disgusting old tweets, Ben Shapiro, who is actually at the center of all this, tweets that “firing him for vile old joke tweets is bad precedent and a mistake. There is no limiting principle to the outrage mob”:

Keep in mind, nobody on the Right even cared about James Gunn that much until, out of nowhere, he called Ben Shapiro and “a**hole” after actor Mark Duplass tweeted that people should follow Ben even though they may disagree with him:

Gunn added:

It was when Duplass apologized for telling libs to follow Ben and insinuated that he endorsed “hatred, racism, homophobia and xenophobia” that conservatives started checking out old tweets from both of them:
