Yesterday, Korea bailed out Mexico in the World Cup. @Telemundo hosts responded with racism

WTF Telemundo. Korea’s World Cup victory over Germany literally just sent Mexico to the round of 16 and this is how you respond?

According to reports, this guy is the network’s celebrity chef, “Chef James” Tahhan and he has since been suspended:

Tahhan later apologized for the gesture:

But don’t judge all Mexico fans by Chef James. After Korea’s win, fans celebrated outside the Korea embassy in Mexico City with chants of, “¡Corea, hermano, ya eres Mexicano!” (Korea, brother, you’re now Mexican):

Consul General Byoung-Jin Han even drank tequila with the fans:

That’s fantastic.
