Well, this was slightly unexpected…
MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough actually praised Donald Trump after the big summit with North Korea, telling his audience “I’ve got to admit when I see these two people shaking hands I feel a sense of relief as do a lot of people in Washington, knowing how bleak the situation was six months ago.”
He and Mike Brzezinski also agreed that the optics will play well with voters eager for peace, although it will be months and months before we find out if anything was really accomplished this week.
