'The very worst of humanity': Vile troll goes after Brit Hume in the worst way possible

On Sunday, a vile troll went after Fox News’ Brit Hume in the worst way possible. Read it for yourself and try not to be sick:

Brit do you get a hard on for donald also #hannity #foxnews maybe you should exit like your son

— NANCE (@LOVNLA) January 8, 2018

Hume’s son committed suicide in 1998.

Or part of the human race. So disgusting. https://t.co/vHea44rSI2

CNN’s Jake Tapper and the Washington Post’s Karen Tumulty weighed in with some kind words for the Fox News political analyst, including a request that Twitter take action against the account:

Brit, I am so sorry. I am going to report that vile, horrible person.

that's really vile. I'm sorry you had to see that, Brit. Horrific. People like that are sad and pathetic and can only find pleasure by causing pain. Please block and move on and don't give it a second thought. Sick.

Thanks Jake. I get this sort of stuff about Sandy every so often. Usually I just ignore it but this one was so bad I thought the sender might benefit from a little exposure. Twitter can be an open sewer sometimes.

It's vile. I would report the account but i already blocked them. Disgusting and horrific. Hang in there. People say the most unconscionable things on social media — the very worst of humanity. Thankfully, we also see the best here, too. Wishing you peace tonight.

Keep in mind, the tweet that triggered this awful attack was Hume calling out WikiLeaks for publishing the entire text of Michael Wolff’s “Fire and Fury”:

Whatever one thinks of the book, this is theft of intellectual property. It’s the kind of stuff China winks at, to the detriment of the U.S. technology industry. https://t.co/cKEofMASJ6

Full text of controversial book on Trump, "Fire and Fury", by Michael Wolff, leaks onto internet: https://t.co/sf7vj4IYAx

People can be the worst.
