Breaking news out of London where we’re seeing reports that a man has been shot by police outside of parliament in London:

According to eyewitness Charlie Cooper of Politico, the man “appeared to be wielding a knife”:

It appeared that the man was attacking a police officer, then advanced into New Palace Yard. Armed officers moved in quickly, and shot him.
