So it looks like the editors of Vanity Fair Mexico are sending a not-so-subtle message to President Donald Trump. Here’s the cover of the February issue:

Not only did the magazine use an old stock photo of Melania eating jewlery, but they “repurposed” an article from GQ by Juila Ioffe. That would be the same Julia Ioffe who was forced out early from her job at Politico after tweeting, “Either Trump is f***ing his daughter or he’s shirking nepotism laws. Which is worse?”
Liberals, of course, loved the cover. Here’s actor and former WH staffer Kal Penn:

Former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau liked it, too:
it's a populist revolution, Kal. Workers of the world unite and eat your diamonds like spaghetti.

Trump has been in a long-running battle with Vanity Fair, U.S. Editor-in-Chief Graydon Carter, the latest being over a a bad review of the Trump Grill:
Has anyone looked at the really poor numbers of @VanityFair Magazine. Way down, big trouble, dead! Graydon Carter, no talent, will be out!
