According to an article in Politico today, Donna Brazile as head of the DNC directed “millions” from Hillary Clinton’s campaign for GOTV efforts in New Orleans and Chicago because she was afraid that Donald Trump would win the popular vote while Hillary Clinton won the electoral college:

Exactly. Russia directed the hacking of the DNC and then gave the emails to WikiLeaks because they had to get rid of Debbie Wasserman Schultz for the plan to come together!
