Hedging his bets? Rep. Steve King praises Hillary Clinton at the Iowa State Fair

Somebody is off message and, surprisingly, it’s Rep. Steve King of Iowa. Here’s what he said to a bunch of reporters a few minutes ago at the Iowa State Fair:
