Damage control in progress: Clinton campaign responds to report that Orlando terrorist's father attended rally

As we told you earlier, Seddique Mateen — father of terrorist Omar Mateen who shot up the Pulse nightclub in Orlando — was at her rally yesterday in Kissimmee, Florida.

Here’s the campaign’s response:

The elder Mateen has endorsed Clinton, telling local affiliate WPTV that “Hillary Clinton is good for United States versus Donald Trump, who has no solutions.”
