We have our first preview of Donald Trump’s big foreign policy speech in Washington, D.C. today — with a teleprompter, even — and it’s shall we say … not encouraging:

Trump foreign policy adviser: "There will be no details in this speech." https://t.co/kEyvd3DN34

Trump adviser:"He's not going to say, 'We're going to send 3 brigades to do the job.'"He'll confirm "principle that ISIS should be destroyd"

Trump said last night that his speech will not outline a "Trump Doctrine," said that he always wants to be flexible on approach
