Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) declared on CNN Friday afternoon that today’s Mueller indictments of 12 Russian GRU members in regard to the hacking of emails during the 2016 election “means we’re at war with Russia”:

This would be the same Rep. Steve Cohen who boldly declared in 2012 that “we need good relations” with Russia and they are “not our foe!” Wow, it’s really weird how Rep. Cohen had such a change of heart:
