You KNOW It's Getting Bad for El-Sayed When Even Morning Joe Is Calling Him Out Right to His Face

Today's example of "you know it's getting bad when..." involves Michigan Senate candidate and Hasan Piker bestie Abdul El-Sayed.

As everybody knows, El-Sayed has been trying to dismiss his association with Piker by referring to him as "a Twitch streamer in California." However, Piker has also been "an El-Sayed supporter campaigning for him in Michigan."

El-Sayed might have assumed he'd have a fairly easy interview on MS NOW on "Morning Joe" earlier today, but he did get called out for trying to pretend he's not buddies with Piker:

Even MS NOW calls out Abdul El-Sayed for trying to distance himself from Hasan Piker after campaigning with him:

“Don’t you think its disingenuous to call him a California streamer when you know the guy, you campaigned with the guy, he was a big part of your campaign?” pic.twitter.com/2opXuIPF8a

"He wasn't a big part of my campaign, we had him to Michigan once."

El-Sayed is determined to just keep lying until he crosses the finish line.

"Once" lol. pic.twitter.com/QMvLY4gX8W

"Once." Nice try, Abdul.

Abdul relentlessly campaigned with his running mate — but now he doesn’t want us to believe our lying eyes. Conman. pic.twitter.com/vIrCx0yfiP https://t.co/TTU5ofyxV9

El-Sayed: "He wasn't a big part of my campaign."

Abdul wants to revise his history with Piker.

Unfortunately for him, we have the tape: https://t.co/KogyCvrryU pic.twitter.com/yljhaYHZJT

Yeah, unfortunately for El-Sayed, the internet exists and remembers.
