'Learing Center' Alert! Minn. Dems Spent HOW MUCH on Beds That 7 Homeless People Have Used?

We had a suspicion that another "Learing Center" might have been opened in Minneapolis-St. Paul after we ran across the following story.

From the "nothing to see here" department we have this: 

Minnesota taxpayers spent $2.2M for emergency beds for the homeless in St. Paul.

A total of 7 people have used them.

Granted that according to some government spending standards this could be considered a responsible use of taxpayer dollars.

That’s $314,285 per bed, by the way.
