Just as Joe Biden was being shoved out the door by some of his fellow Democrats to be replaced on the presidential ticket by Kamala Harris, the White House autopen issued a whole bunch of pardons. One of them was Adam Schiff, who is now a senator.
We're learning more about why the Dems thought that might come in handy:

Despite getting a preemptive pardon for his shenanigans during the January 6 show trial after essentially conspiring with others to remove a duly elected president from office based on falsehoods (Dems like Schiff project everything they're guilty of onto Trump) the serial liar still has the audacity to post things like this:

After all the lawfare against Donald Trump that was based on total BS, we have a Democrat who actually performed a "calculated coup" (as Kevin McCarthy called it) and he needs to be held accountable.

Schiff claims he did nothing wrong but I can't help but notice that he didn't refuse the preemptive pardon from President Autopen. Time for the DOJ to put it to the test!
