HuffPost's Attempt to Create a Good Friday Outrage Cycle About Pete Hegseth Is Bad Even for Them

On occasions that aren't really very rare, the TDS media's attempts to create yet another outrage cycle about the Trump administration -- in this case Secretary of War Pete Hegseth -- make them look like complete idiots.

Such is the case with today's Good Friday attempt to make Hegseth look bad:

“Just a friendly reminder: There will be a Protestant Service (No Catholic Mass) for Good Friday today at the Pentagon Chapel,” reads a Friday email that went out to employees across the Pentagon.

A peeved employee passed it along.

A Pentagon spokesperson confirmed it is not hosting another, separate Good Friday service for Catholic employees.

“The Protestant service is the only service scheduled in the Pentagon chapel today,” they said in a statement.

You'd think a self-described "journalist" might ask a few basic questions first, but why bother when you've got another Trump/Hegseth outrage cycle to feed!

Catholics do not do Mass on Good Friday.

I’m Catholic and I don’t care. I’m sure Catholics (or anyone) are welcome to attend the Protestant service if they so choose to go to this one instead of the many services offered throughout DC.

There’s also not a Catholic Mass anywhere today.
