Early this morning the Senate passed a bill that now moves on to the House which would fund TSA and other parts of Homeland Security that are shut down. The Democrats are trying to spin it as a big W but that's just an attempt to fool their base:

Just in case, however, President Trump had previously announced that he could declare the Democrat effort to keep TSA unfunded an emergency and fund the agency with money from the BBB (let's just call the Dem effort to hold the country's transportation system hostage because they're having hissy fits about other issues what it is: Domestic terrorism).

At this point let's remember that most of the Democrats and assorted lefties (and fake "conservatives" who do nothing but argue and gaslight on behalf of the Dems these days) have joined the "No Kings" protests and accused Trump of being an authoritarian.
