Bari Weiss continues to trigger lib "journalist" types over at CBS News.
"Media veterans" seem disgusted by the fact that the news net is being dragged into the 21st century:

A second memo from Bari Weiss and Tom Cibrowski says CBS News Radio is shutting down. Here's the memo:
— Brian Stelter (@brianstelter) March 20, 2026
Today, we informed our CBS News Radio team and approximately 700 affiliated stations that we will end the service on May 22, 2026.
Unfortunately, this decision means that all…
From Edward R. Murrow’s broadcasts to today, CBS News Radio has been part of the foundation of American journalism. Murrow’s mic sits on display at the National Press Club as a reminder of that legacy. When an institution like that disappears, it’s a loss for the public & for… pic.twitter.com/ypgFGb2xoS

Weiss also shut down CBS News’ telegraph service, which will piss off legacy media journos even more. What's next? Ending the pony express!?
Meanwhile, as CBS is leaving the Murrow era, CNN's decided it was a good idea to try and address their awful ratings by fully embracing it. All while throwing in a bit of the modern era.
This is the latest unintentional hilarity from CNN:
CNN has been experimenting with new formats this week, including Anderson in rolled-up sleeves, massive desk microphones, and a physical map, channeling early Edward R. Murrow-era broadcast....

Experiment will continue today with Jake Tapper broadcasting from his office.
Before too long they're going to make Jake Tapper and Anderson Cooper chain smoke cigarettes while on the air.
Try not to laugh:

CNN is letting Tapper doing his show live from his office today and it is truly one of the weirdest live news broadcasts I’ve seen in a long time pic.twitter.com/5YekegUcIN

CNN's desperate and this is totally cringe, but the fact that Tapper's wall is covered with losing candidate signs and Hillary's up there twice makes me happy and I hope Clinton gets a chance to see it.

Yep, the podcaster microphones will totally make up for all the lies and misrepresentations that have been told on CNN over the last few weeks.
The next thing you know CNN will have "A.I. Ernie Pyle" reporting live from inside Iran.
