A part of the White House's East Wing has been torn down and will be remodeled as a new ballroom. Democrats and some in the media aren't pointing out that the construction is being privately funded, and they're also trying to get everybody to believe that presidential remodeling efforts are in some way unprecedented. They are of course being dishonest on both counts.
Teddy Roosevelt built the West Wing.

Considering what went on in there when Hillary's husband was in office maybe she should have avoided joining the "look what he's doing to the White House" commentary.
So you've seen the kinds of pictures the Dems and lefty media are using, but let's zoom out a little bit to see what the affected area looks like compared to the entire White House complex:

The pictures Dems and their media allies are posting make it look like the entire place is being torn down, because they can't stop lying and trying to deceive. At this point it's all they've got.
