Businessman’s ‘Stop Gaming, Ask Girls Out’ Advice Triggers Manosphere Meltdown

A gentleman who is also a successful businessman made an informational post about how young men might find a nice lady to marry. I agreed with most of the advice except for the 'go to yoga and ask a woman on a date'. Most young ladies go to Pilates these days, and they don't want men in their Pilates classes. It makes them feel 'exposed' for lack of a better term. The rest of it was great though.

Apparently, the 'right wing' manosphere took umbrage with this post though. Here was my response.

I shared my own personal experience with a daughter who is dating. Obviously, I am her biggest fan so I want to share what someone else who met her in real life has to say about her.

She really is an amazing young woman, (that's all God and not me. She is not like me, at all. Thankfully). It shouldn't be hard for her to find a nice young man.

These are the kinds of replies the post received. First of all, not all 20-year-old women are 'w****s'. Maybe go to church to try and meet a young lady if you truly believe that. Secondly, the advice basically was: approach a woman respectfully, plan a nice date, bring flowers and call her after. Why are men acting like this is outrageous?

Social media and dating apps have really screwed up the dating scene. If some conservative can find an easy way for nice young people to connect for serious relationships, they'd be lauded a hero.
