Well, who's up for another House January 6 Committee? Except this time it will be controlled by Republicans and hopefully help point out what a ridiculous show trial the Dem-led effort (with help from Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger) ended up being.
The top Dem on the new committee will be Eric Swalwell, just in case anybody was concerned there wouldn't be any massive liars on the new panel:
House Speaker Mike Johnson has appointed five Republicans to serve on the new GOP-led select subcommittee investigating the January 6, 2021, attack on the US Capitol.
GOP Rep. Barry Loudermilk of Georgia, who led the investigation last Congress, will continue to head the probe. It will be a subcommittee on the House Judiciary Committee.
Republican Reps. Morgan Griffith of Virginia, Clay Higgins of Louisiana, Troy Nehls of Texas and Harriet Hageman of Wyoming were also named to the panel, according to an announcement made by the House clerk on Thursday.
The Republicans will join Democratic Reps. Eric Swalwell of California, Jasmine Crockett of Texas and Jared Moskowitz of Florida, who were appointed by House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries. Swalwell will serve as the top Democrat on the panel.
Swalwell, Raskin and the other Dems are looking forward to what might amount to a chance to see just how selectively dishonest the original January 6th Committee Dems (and two fellow traveler "Republicans") were being.

But they also say they're going to bring receipts, which had me and others asking the same question:

The Dems must have been keeping those "receipts" in the same place that Adam Schiff keeps his evidence of Russia collusion.

The Dems need do no more than look at the results of the November presidential election to see exactly how much their "January 6th" hyperventilating resonated with voters.
