'You Didn't Build That' Redux! Gavin Newsom Credits His Beloved Gov't Regulations for Elon Musk's Success

There are still many Democrats who, like Barack Obama once did, like to remind people who have been successful in business that "you didn't build that":

Of course they'd also like you to believe that the people who actually "build that" were some of the most useless, destructive lampreys on the shark of society who would bankrupt a lemonade stand within five minutes if they tried to run one: Career politicians.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom did his own version of "you didn't build that" recently, and this one was directed at Elon Musk.

The reason Musk couldn't have built a successful company without the assistance of Democrats like Newsom? All the over-reaching regulations the Left has put into place. No, seriously:

The bloated bureaucracy helps create successful companies, y'all!

Puh-leeze

Newsom will take responsibility for helping create Elon Musk's wealth but not all the uncontrolled fires in his state, not to mention crime and homelessness. That seems pretty on-brand for Hair Gel Gavin.
