Fast forward to 2025 and Van Hollen is indeed focused on MS-13 -- bringing a member of that gang back to the U.S. that is.
Van Hollen also picked a time just after he and a few other Democrats flew to and from El Salvador to visit Kilmar Abrego Garcia to pivot to climate change while of course blaming Trump:
