Reasons Iconic SF Toy Store Closed is Another Democrat (and 'Bidenomics') Success Story

Businesses continue to flee Democrat-run cities (those Dems are running them into the ground). While the Dems claim their policies are good for business, the results show otherwise.

Chicago is just one example:

TTX’s decision underscores a troubling trend of high-profile headquarters losses for Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. Last year major corporations such as Caterpillar, Citadel, Boeing and Tyson Foods announced relocations out of the Chicago area. Guggenheim Partners more quietly made moves to leave the city and join fellow investment firm Citadel in Miami.

Combine that with grocery and other stores that are closing down due to crime in certain areas because the Dem "leadership" won't enforce laws and it seems nobody's learning any lessons. But the Left knows you can't make a Marxist omelet without breaking a few eggs -- and lives.

Now let's move on to San Francisco (with a team that's hopefully about to lose to the Lions, but I digress).

An iconic business in that city that has been around since the 1930s is closing its doors because of all the Democrat "success" in the area:

This story combines blue-city Democrat policies with a dash of "Bidenomics":

An iconic San Francisco toy store famed for inspiring the Toy Story movies has been forced to close after 86 years due to the city's rampant crime and homelessness epidemic.

Jeffrey's Toys shared the news this week that it would be permanently closing its doors, citing a crimewave that had left it 'struggling for a number of years'.

The store's attorney named the 'perils and violence of the downtown environment' as the main factor driving the decision, alongside 'inflation, the decrease in consumer spending and the demise of retail across the world'.

Yeah, when a city has a "poop map" things are going downhill fast.

What's frustrating but totally predictable is that Democrat voters in cities like San Fran who are noticing the increase in crime, filth, drug use and all that will "fix" the problem by... voting for more Democrats.

And they'll vote for Pelosi all over again even though she never shares any hot stock tips with her constituents.

Gavin Newsom would someday like to become president so he can spread this kind of magic to the entire country.
