Tweeted from his beachfront mansion? Barack Obama warns of catastrophic fallout from SCOTUS' EPA ruling

Earlier today the U.S. Supreme Court delivered a 6-3 ruling that is a blow to the Biden administration and the EPA. The ruling also caused Democrats like Elizabeth Warren and AOC to immediately bring on the drama about the end of the world.

More on the ruling from Spencer Brown at Townhall:

The Supreme Court on Thursday handed down a 6-3 decision in West Virginia v. EPA that denied the EPA’s authority to enact sweeping regulations for greenhouse gases that would “decarbonize” American energy under the Clean Air Act.

In a blow to Democrats and climate alarmists, the opinion said the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and its unelected bureaucrats could not use portions of the Clean Air Act to make rules limiting how the United States generates electricity and uses energy — such as ending the use of coal-fired power generation. The legal mess decided by SCOTUS Thursday arose from the Obama administration’s attempt to wage war on reliable energy sources that, according to leftists and Democrats, are killing the planet.

Joining others on the Left in blasting the SCOTUS decision was former President Barack Obama, who notoriously said at the Dem convention in 2008 “this was the moment that the rise of the oceans began to slow”:

It’s a bit funny because the Obamas, as big climate change alarmists, weren’t so concerned that the problem could worsen that it stopped the family from plunking down over $10 million on a Martha’s Vineyard beachfront home.

If the Left were correct about catastrophic climate change you’d be able to buy beachfront property for ten bucks, but that’s certainly not the case.

How many rich lefties are slamming the SCOTUS decision on the EPA from aboard their private jets today (looking at you, John Kerry).

Obama must be convinced that somehow his beachfront mansion will be protected.

If Dems like Obama want everybody else to believe their climate change alarmism, first the lefties need to behave as if they believe it — but they obviously don’t.
