Closing arguments are taking place today in the Kenosha, Wisconsin trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, and leading up to that Joe Scarborough said this recently on MSNBC:
MSNBC's Joe Scarborough says Kyle Rittenhouse was a "self-appointed militia member" who drove across state lines and ended up "unloading 60 rounds, kills two people, wounds a third person." pic.twitter.com/kCAjU4TGhd

“60 rounds”? Scarborough took to Twitter to reel his comments back in, but just a little bit:
This is obviously wrong to anyone following the case for more than a minute. I meant to say he unloaded his rounds in about 60 seconds. Thanks for pointing this out. https://t.co/opGKvw6VEL

“Obviously wrong,” but not obviously wrong enough to cause Scarborough to avoid saying it in the first place.

Perhaps the media will now start being a little more careful about the narratives they push (just kidding — they won’t learn a thing).
You think this is the only thing that is wrong with your characterization of the events??!!

It isn’t.

But you were right on the most important aspect of the prosecution’s case, in the “crossing of state lines” lololol https://t.co/m2R9aTwJDP

Did you correct this on air, Joe? https://t.co/SAHeDlT8JX
— Jack Posobiec 🇺🇸 (@JackPosobiec) November 15, 2021
You will be correcting this wrong from the same platform from which you claimed it…. Right?

There are so many bogus media claims that deserve very public corrections (most of which will never be made).
