CNN's Brian Stelter defends Facebook's decision on Trump because people who spread lies need to be punished

Earlier today Facebook’s Oversight Board recommended that the social media company continue former President Trump’s suspension for at least another six months. With that news, people like Ben Shapiro spotted some seriously selective rule enforcement on the part of social media platforms:

But CNN’s Brian Stelter says Facebook is just doing what needs to be done to punish those who spread fake news:

If that’s the case, then it has to be asked…

Self-awareness is non-existent at CNN, and also they’re often too busy paying attention to what’s happening on Fox News to notice what was on their own cable net:

And all the CNN panelists helping get “hands up don’t shoot” going a few years ago was another special CNN moment. Perhaps Stelter can discuss the spreading of lies the next time he hosts Dan Rather on “Reliable Sources.”
