Everybody knows that Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is in DC to chew gum and confirm judges, and he’s been out of gum for quite a while now. This is how the Daily Beast’s Sam Stein reported McConnell’s plan to return to what he does best:
Mitch McConnell, addicted to stacking the judiciary and unable to kill the habit, tells Hugh Hewitt: "as soon as we get back in session, we’ll start confirming judges again."

The DNC will definitely approve of that spin:
Generally, when we think of "stacking" the judiciary, we think of Congress adding judgeships, not the Senate filling vacancies in the existing judiciary as they arise.
(Sam knows this, but he's an activist pretending to be a journalist.) https://t.co/1GnY8N3X3l

There’s a whole lot of that going around in “journalism” these days.
So now filling vacancies is "stacking the judiciary?"
Come on, man.

"Stacking"? Jesus, you're a hack.

You say that like it’s a bad thing.

That’s an interesting take on the Senate actually doing it’s job.

I'm searching for similar comments from Sam when Harry Reid actually nuked the filibuster to stack the DC Circuit https://t.co/T4o8XxlmGT

If Shumer was “confirming” judges anyone think Sam would call it “stacking” ?

That question is as rhetorical as they come.
Awesome! Keep sharing great news!
