As we told you earlier, ThinkProgress’ writer covering the White House said Trump’s comment at last night’s rally that Baltimore has a higher homicide rate than Afghanistan is something the president “believes,” implying it’s not actually true:

The ratioing was intense, thanks to the many who pointed out that, yes, Trump’s claim is true. However, instead of just acknowledging it and taking the L, Ford instead seemed to question the patriotism of those who helped with the fact checks:
Chalking up the accurate fact checks instead to being from “bots” who are “s****ing on the United States” is certainly one way to respond.
